STEPS TO RECOVER YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN
1. Click on the link below https://otshs.edu.gh/reset/parents/confirm.php
2. Enter your guardian number that was used during admission for your ward.
3. Copy/write the username and password and paste it elsewhere else if you refresh you won't get it again.

The above process is for only guardians/parents who have forgotten their username and password
